Learn Hypnosis For a Better You – Part 2

by Brian Lagoni

So is it too late then? How can one unleash these kinds of abilities?
That is where hypnosis comes in the picture. During a hypnosis process, our unconscious mind will be given the chance to convey itself without any barriers from our conscious mind. Let me put it this way. For example, you want to learn how to swim but then when you are into it, you became consciously aware of the possible negative things that might happen. Why? Maybe you’ll remember your mom saying that you might drown. Thus, ever since you are a child you have programmed your unconscious mind to protect you from drowning. And whenever you are on the verge of trying to learn to swim and you think of that memory, and that memory within your subconscious is modified to release the emotion of fear. The beliefs and principles that people get accustomed to since childhood, and the way how a person was raised, plays a big role in making confusions and contradictions in one’s purpose or desire in life.
When you learn hypnosis to a certain height, you can access that particular part of the unconscious mind; adjust it to a better level – A level that will suit your goals and the changed environment around you. More like reason to it why you should not fear the idea of learning how to swim.

This goes for everything that lies within a person. You might have heard of how hypnosis was used in a therapeutic way: to tackle into different emotions, to overcome fear of something, and also for self development.
Because using hypnosis is like having a map to our mind. We can go to certain parts that we weren’t even aware existed. We can go to certain parts where we need to adjust something for a better change. Because in this state a person is more open to motivation, to suggestions. And our conscious mind, which is more like the “bodyguard” of our self – the doubtful, critical factor – is bypassed in the process; therefore, we won’t give the unconscious mind any reason to hide certain abilities or memories that lies within us. And by accessing those parts, we can modify the things that needed to be changed for a better and more improved individuality.
I remembered reading a manualĀ  “Secret of Hypnosis Revealed”. Igor Ledochowski very much explained the role of our mind in achieving the true goal of hypnosis, and how we can use it in a good, productive manner.

Learning hypnosis is not really very hard. It is just a way of being an expert in reasoning and suggesting. Once you get familiar with the abilities that you were never even aware of, you can easily develop this to get even more fruitful results in your goals. You can use this to feel more positive emotions, feel better of yourself. So indeed we can say that learning hypnosis is not a bad idea; nor is it a waste of time or an evil scheme. Learning hypnosis is very much worth your try since it can lead to a more successful and fulfilled life… It will show you ways toward a better self… a better you.
